Michele was born and raised in Spring, TX. She attended Klein Oak High School where she met her husband, Michael. Michele received her B.S. in Corporate Communication, Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006.

After graduating from UT, she moved to NYC to pursue a career in PR before moving back to Houston in 2009 where she worked in healthcare marketing for 5 years. Michele and Michael married in 2012 and shortly after she left her position at Memorial Hermann to launch her real estate career.  She found IndyQuest Properties and it was a perfect fit. 11 years and counting! Michele became a Broker Associate in 2024.

In 2016 Michele and Michael welcomed their first son, Jackson and 2 years later they completed the family with their second son, Ethan. 

Michele loves all things real estate but when she isn't working you can often find her and the family at an Astros game. 

​

The Nicols also love to travel and just recently returned from a trip to the Ireland. They enjoy both tropical and mountain adventures and hope to plan a few trips for 2024.

Michele and Michael also love live music and that was one of the exciting things about moving back to The Woodlands after so many years - to be back near the Pavilion!  Michele's top 5 concerts include: Jimmy Buffett in the Florida Keys, Counting Crows at Red Rocks, Garth Brooks at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, U2 at NRG Stadium, and Dave Matthews Band many many times at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.
