The Woodlands
The Woodlands is a master-planned community that started in 1974 with the vision of the late George P. Mitchell come to life. A beautiful 28,000 acre community hidden within the abundant trees The Woodlands has become known for. Just over 116,000 residents, The Woodlands is made up of 10 Villages with a total of 33,830 homes. Each village is set up as its own little community with shopping centers, highly rated schools, and endless recreation options. The entire Woodlands area is interconnected with 220 miles of hike and bike trails and offers 148 parks.

The Woodlands is located in Montgomery County, with the exception of the Village of Creekside Park which is located in Harris County. Residents are zoned to Conroe, Magnolia, and Tomball ISD.

Alden Bridge
Cochran's Crossing
Located in the most northern part of The Woodlands and started in 1994 with homes ranging in price from $200,000 - $1.42M. Approximately 8,000 homes, 26 parks, and 3 neighborhood pools. Alden Bridge residents are zoned to highly rated Conroe ISD schools and also have St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School and The Woodlands Christian Academy within their boundaries.

Started in 1995 and located on the north side of The Woodlands and spanning over I45 with homes ranging in price from $215,000 - $1.49M. Approximately 2,800 homes, 6 parks and 1 neighborhood pool. College Park residents are zoned to highly rated Conroe ISD and is also home to Lone Star College and Sam Houston State University - The Woodlands.
